i have a little bit of news...

1) 2 upcoming all ages shows:

TONIGHT
Friday July 25th
@ The Gumboot Cafe in Roberts Creek
8pm (we moved it up an hour so people can still make it to the fireworks in
GIbsons at 10pm) :)

AUGUST 9th
@ The Wired Monk, Vancouver (Kitsilano)
with Ari Shine and Stephen Hedley
this one has been moved up too time wise
7pm Ari, 8pm Adrienne, 9pm Stephen

2) "cover me" contest:

i am extending my "cover me" contest for one more month. the fender guitar
will be awarded at the end of august. :)
you can see the entries so far at www.youtube.com/insectgirlrecords in the
"favorites" category. if you would like to enter just upload a video of
yourself singing and/or playing any one of my songs to youtube and then let
me know it is there.

3) holiday music:

i hope everyone is having and enjoying a summer holiday. i have spent much
of mine writing and recording holiday music of the winter variety. now i
am getting back to work on my next full length album. :)

this fall i will release the 6 song winter ep with four original holiday
songs and two covers. it is the first in a series of ep's (winter, spring,
summer and fall).

i won't be making any more of my 2 song christmas card ep's but there are
3 copies left at www.cdbaby.com/adriennepierce2
in case any one is interested.
